Dr. Siegfried is a professor of Pediatrics and Dermatology at Saint Louis University, board certified in Pediatrics, Dermatology and Pediatric Dermatology.  She is an internationally recognized expert in the field, has been an active clinical investigator, authored more than 100 original papers, book chapters and abstracts, is a frequently invited lecturer and leader serving several professional organizations.  One of the proudest of her many academic pursuits is serving as a member and president of the Board of Directors for the American Board of Dermatology.  She has been repeatedly recognized as one of Woodward White’s Best Doctors in America.

Dr. Siegfried’s current practice includes all aspects of caring for children with congenital and acquired skin problems, with an emphasis on severe inflammatory skin disease.  In addition to running a busy outpatient office practice, she continues to serve as a mentor for medical students and residents and as a principle investigator in multiple industry-sponsored clinical trials.
