• Are being treated by a licensed U.S. healthcare provider and have been prescribed a Verrica medication that is included in our assistance program

• Have no health insurance coverage or their health insurance claim was denied for a Verrica product

• Demonstrate qualifying financial need*
• Are a United States citizen residing in the United States
